Haunted Building High Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
Constructed in 1928 as a gift from inventor Dorr Felt to his wife Agnes, who died shortly after moving in. Agnes's spirit is said to wander the home she never got to enjoy. A shadowy figure waltzes around the ballroom, heavy doors open and close on their own, nightly whistling is heard, and cigar smoke detected with no source. Also associated with Melon Heads legend.
