Kehoe House

Built in 1892 for iron magnate William Kehoe, this Beaux Arts mansion is now a luxury inn — and home to the playful ghosts of two Kehoe children who died in the home's early years. Guests in the upper rooms report the sound of children running in the hallway, small handprints appearing on mirror glass overnight, and toys left by the fireplace found rearranged in the morning. The spirits are described as mischievous rather than threatening.
