Manresa Castle
Port Townsend
Haunted Building High Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
Built in 1892 for a tea merchant and later used as a Jesuit college and retreat, this Victorian castle's most active entity is a Jesuit priest who leapt from the tower in the 1920s — his figure is seen falling repeatedly on certain nights, and witnesses describe seeing him standing at the tower window. A woman in Room 306 who hanged herself during the Depression also haunts the upper floors.

🔒 Classified Field Investigation Notes
The Jesuit order's records from the Port Townsend college, housed at Gonzaga University, contain a gap in the register spanning the exact period of the priest's death — the pages are present but the ink for that period has faded to illegibility.
