Marfa Lights
Marfa
Mysterious Phenomenon Extreme Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
The most famous unexplained lights in the US have been reported in the Chihuahuan Desert east of Marfa since 1883. The lights split, merge, and change color with no correlation to traffic or known light sources. A dedicated viewing platform has been built by the state. University of Texas researchers confirmed the lights are not reflections or atmospheric refraction — and then stopped researching.
