Haunted Building Extreme Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
Built in three phases from 1797 to 1836, McRaven has been called the 'most haunted house in Mississippi.' The home served as a Civil War field hospital and was the site of a murder. At least 15 documented ghosts inhabit the property — including a woman who died in childbirth, a Civil War soldier, and a young girl. Investigators consistently document full apparitions and physical interactions.
