Humanoid creatures with small bodies and large, bulbous heads said to lurk in forests surrounding the abandoned Felt Mansion near Saugatuck. According to legend, they were once children with hydrocephalus living in a nearby asylum, subjected to sinister medical experiments. They escaped into the woods and survived by eating wildlife. A famous West Michigan urban legend.
