Charleston
Haunted Building High Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
This 1888 Victorian house turned restaurant is haunted by Zoe St. Amand, a spinster who lived here until her death and whose spirit never left. Staff and diners report plates moving, cold spots at specific tables, and a woman in Victorian dress glimpsed in the upstairs window. The restaurant dog, Poogan, allegedly barked at her empty chair every day until he died.
