Kansas's most notorious haunted house is the site of alleged demonic activity centered on 'Sallie' — believed to be the spirit of a girl who died during emergency surgery in the house in the 1900s. The Pickmans, who rented the house in the 1990s, documented objects flying across rooms, Tony Pickman being repeatedly scratched and burned by invisible forces, and full apparitions on video.
