The Driskill Hotel
Austin
Haunted Building High Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
Austin's most storied hotel (1886) has two primary ghosts: the four-year-old daughter of a senator who fell down the main staircase chasing her ball, and a woman called the Suicide Bride who killed herself in room 525 after being stood up on her wedding night. Staff report the ball rolling down the stairs on its own and a woman in white in the mirror of Room 525.
