The Marshall House
Savannah
Haunted Building High Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
Savannah's oldest hotel (1851) served as a Union hospital during the Civil War and was again a hospital during yellow fever epidemics. Renovation crews in the 1990s found bones beneath the floorboards. Guests report hands grasping their ankles from under beds, a little girl who knocks on room doors, and the smell of ether in the hallways.
