The Queen Mary
Long Beach
Haunted Building Extreme Activity
History & Paranormal Activity
The decommissioned ocean liner turned hotel is one of the most haunted ships in the world. At least 55 deaths occurred aboard during its service years. The first-class swimming pool — drained and sealed — is the most active area, where women in 1930s swimwear are seen in the empty pool. Door 13 in the engine room, where a sailor was crushed during a drill, produces physical experiences reported by hundreds of independent visitors.

🔒 Classified Field Investigation Notes
The Queen Mary's wartime death records (1940–1946) contain entries for 18 servicemen classified as 'death aboard vessel — circumstances undetermined' — a category that appears nowhere in Royal Navy classification standards and appears to have been created specifically for this ship.
